1. Who we are

These terms apply to every purchase of The Turnaround Blueprint by Frederic Gomer made on this website. The seller is B2G Consulting Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN 201323917Z), registered office at 16 Collyer Quay, #12-18 Collyer Quay Centre, Singapore 049318, GST number [GST number, or delete if not GST-registered] ("we", "us"). You can reach us at admin@b2g-consulting.com.

Ebooks are sold through Stripe's Managed Payments service. For ebook orders, [Stripe entity named in the Managed Payments terms] is the seller of record: it charges you, issues the invoice and accounts for the VAT, GST or sales tax due in your country. We remain responsible for the ebook itself, its delivery and your questions about it. [Confirm this wording against Stripe's Managed Payments buyer terms once the service is enabled.]

By placing an order you accept these terms. They apply to consumers and to business buyers. Where a rule applies only to consumers, we say so.

2. Products

Each copy is printed when you order it, so small variations in colour and trimming between copies are normal and are not a defect.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros and include any VAT, GST or sales tax we charge on your order. If your card is not in euros, your bank may add a currency conversion fee. Shipping costs for paperbacks depend on the destination and the shipping method; they are shown in the order form and on the payment page before you pay. Orders of 10 or more copies of the same format receive a 20% team discount. One order can contain up to 100 copies; for larger quantities, contact us.

We ship paperbacks to the countries listed in the order form. We cannot currently ship to Brazil, Chile or Mexico, because the carriers there need a tax identification number for the recipient. We do not ship paperbacks to the European Union yet. The ebook is available there.

Orders to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia and India are printed in that country or region. Everywhere else (for example Switzerland, Norway, and most of Asia, Africa and Latin America), your paperback is an import: the destination country may charge import VAT or GST, duties or a customs handling fee on delivery. These are not part of our price and are paid by the recipient. Many countries do not collect them on a single low-value book, but larger orders may be charged.

4. How to order

  1. Choose the format and number of copies, and enter your name and email. For paperbacks, also enter the delivery address (including the state or province where the carrier needs one) and a phone number for the carrier.
  2. For paperbacks, we check the address with our print partner before payment. If it suggests a correction, you choose which version to use.
  3. Accept these terms (and, for the ebook, confirm that you want immediate access, see section 7).
  4. Pay on the secure payment page of our payment provider Stripe. The available payment methods are shown there. We never see or store your full card details.

The contract is formed when your payment is confirmed. You receive an order confirmation by email, and an invoice by email from Stripe (for paperbacks on our behalf, for ebooks from Stripe as seller of record, see section 1). Please check your details before paying: we print and ship to the address you give us.

5. Delivery of the ebook

Straight after payment, we show a download button on the confirmation page and email you a download link. The link is for one download only: save the file on your device when it downloads. An unused link expires after 30 days. If a download fails or the link expires, reply to the order email and we will send you a new link free of charge.

6. Delivery of the paperback

Your copy is printed to order and usually ships within [3–5] business days. The delivery estimate for each shipping method is shown before payment; it is an estimate from the carrier and not a guaranteed date. We email you the tracking link when your order ships. If no delivery date was agreed, we deliver within 30 days of the order at the latest.

If a parcel is returned to us because the address entered was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you; a second shipment is charged at the shipping cost.

7. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

We give every consumer the right of withdrawal below, wherever you live, even where your local law does not require it.

Paperback

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the book, without giving a reason. To do so, send us a clear statement by email to admin@b2g-consulting.com (you may use the form below) before the 14 days run out. Return the book within 14 days of your statement to [return address, ideally in the United States (main market); otherwise the Singapore office]. The cost of returning the book is [borne by you / covered by us].

We refund all payments received for the returned copies, including the standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method. We may wait until we have received the book back or you have shown that you have sent it. You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the book beyond what is needed to examine it.

Ebook

Before paying for the ebook, you asked for immediate access and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download link is made available (article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the corresponding rules of your country). Your right of withdrawal for the ebook therefore ends when we send the download link. We confirm this in the order email.

Business buyers

The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made for business purposes.

8. Damaged or faulty copies

If a paperback arrives damaged or with a printing defect, email us within [14] days of delivery with your order email address and a photo of the problem. We will send a replacement free of charge or, if you prefer, refund the copy. You do not need to return a damaged copy unless we ask.

This does not limit your statutory rights. Consumers benefit from the legal guarantees and warranties of their country of residence. In the European Union and the United Kingdom, for example, this includes a guarantee of conformity for goods and digital content.

9. Use of the ebook

The ebook is licensed for your personal use, or for one reader per copy purchased for a team. You may not share, resell, upload or otherwise distribute the file or its contents. The book is protected by copyright, held by [rights holder, e.g. Frederic Gomer].

10. Content of the book

The book describes methods and experience from operational turnarounds. It is general information, not advice for your specific situation, and results depend on how and where the methods are applied.

11. Liability

We are liable under the law for the products we sell. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, in particular towards consumers. Towards business buyers, our liability is limited to the price paid for the order, except in case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

12. Personal data

We use your details to process and deliver your order, as described in our privacy notice.

13. Questions and complaints

For any question or complaint, email admin@b2g-consulting.com. We reply within [5] business days.

[Optional: if the seller agrees to use a mediation or dispute resolution service, name it here. Otherwise delete this paragraph.]

14. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country. Disputes with business buyers are subject to the courts of Singapore.
